  2. Booking and Travel Period:
    • Booking period: until 15 December 2024, 23:59 GST.

  3. Discount:
    • The discount of 25% applies to the base fare (the price of the ticket before taxes, service charges, and surcharges).

Golden Ticket

  1. Detail and Eligibility:
    • A Golden Ticket will be granted as one complimentary round-trip flightvoucher to every 50th booking made on flybeond.com using the promo code GOLDENFRIDAY24 during the promotional period of the Golden Friday campaign.
    • This means a Golden Ticket will be granted to the PNR which is 50th, 100th, 150th, and so on, in the sequence of bookings as determined by time stamp.
    • To be eligible, payment for said booking must already be completed and the ticket(s) for the PNR already issued.
  1. Redemption:
    • Golden Ticket winners will be notified using the contact detail(s) given on their winning booking.
    • Winners can redeem their flight voucher for future travel by contacting beOnd's Customer Care team via phone or email. In order to complete their flight booking, winners must provide a copy of their passport and the original flight voucher in physical or electronic format.
    • The flight voucher cannot be redeemed to offset payment already made on a current booking.
    • Winners who cancel their original winning booking forteit their right to redeem their Golden Ticket.
  1. Taxes and Fees:
    • The complimentary ticket covers the base fare only. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes, surcharges, and other fees associated with the ticket.
  1. Exclusions:
    • Utilisation of the voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates: 21 December 2024 – 8 January 2025; 17 April 2025 – 25 April 2025; 19 December 2025 – 7 January 2026.
    • The voucher cannot be upgraded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
    • Once issued, no transfer, amendment or refund requests will be processed for complimentary tickets.
    • In the case of cancellation, the complimentary ticket is forfeited, and no replacement will be issued.
  1. Personal Responsibility:
    • Winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (e.g. passport and visas) and complying with all immigration and health regulations for their destination.

    • The Golden Ticket is issued as part of a promotional campaign and is subject to our general terms and conditions, conditions of carriage, fare rules, and applicable rules and regulations.
